Mission Statement:

The Bratzke Freshman Leadership Academy aims to influence and shape the young minds of rising colonels into the minds of serving leaders. Our mission is to educate, engage and empower Student-Athletes with effective leadership skills in order for them to make a positive impact in athletics, the community and the lives of others.
